Expectant parents enjoyed an educational morning on pregnancy at the Life Dalview Hospital on Saturday.

Pregnancy Awareness Day is an event used by the Department of Health to strengthen education and stress important issues which promote a healthy pregnancy and safe motherhood.

The developmental stages of the baby were one of the topics of the day and each expectant mother had the opportunity to share her pregnancy experiences.

Mommies-to-be were also advised on what diet to follow and how it will help them.
