Everyone is a little Irish on St Patrick’s Day
Local Catholic church goes green for Irish holiday.

With two Irish parish priests, St John the Baptist Catholic Church thought it only fitting to go all out for St Patrick’s Day.
Saint Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland and the day observed in his honour is celebrated around the globe annually on March 17.
The day highlights Irish culture and history.
The church celebrated after mass on Saturday and Sunday. It was also an opportunity to raise funds and parishioners and visitors enjoyed delicious Irish stew, ice-cold green-coloured beer, lip-smacking cupcakes and other tasty treats.
The church also used the occasion to launch a new repository.
