New chef serves up culinary delights at Carnival City’s pre-birthday celebration

As a pre-birthday celebration, special guests were welcomed at the Carnival City Hotel on October 3 to meet Carnival City’s new general manager Bryan O’Connor, and to enjoy an intimate three-course Chef’s Table dinner prepared by new executive sous chef, Mahle Vellem. Carnival City will celebrate its 25th birthday towards the end of October.
