While on patrol on Tuesday, the Gauteng Traffic Police, together with Gauteng Traffic Wardens, received a tracker alert for a Toyota Corolla Quest reported hijacked in Brakpan.

Officers swiftly responded and located the vehicle inside a yard on Mkhwani Street, Tsakani. During a search of the premises, SAPS uniform items were also found and seized for further investigation.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the possession of police uniforms and the recovery of the hijacked vehicle.
