San Michele’s third annual Mr and Ms Mental Wellness pageant will be taking place on July 25 in the hall at the home, located at 266 Hannes Visagie Street in Withok Estates.

The event promises stunning performances, professional judges, the coveted Emerald Crown, and stalls offering various goodies.

Stall spaces are open, and vendors are invited to book.

The only limitation is that vendors aren’t allowed to sell food and drink, as those will be sold by the home on the day.

The public is also invited to support the participants, all of whom have a mental or physical disability, and all of whom are ready to shine in their best outfits.

Entry is R70 per adult and R30 per child.

Other facilities participating this year are Phiri Special School, Vita Nova and Sunfield Home School.
