A MAN has died after being assaulted at his home in Kibler Park during a house robbery.
On October 14, between 7pm and 8pm, there were two house robberies in Du Toit Street, Kibler Park.
According to Lt Col Janet Madaray, Vispol commander, Mondeor SAPS, “Three unknown males, all armed, gained entrance into the two homes by holding neighbours and tenants at gunpoint, then knocking on the doors of the residents’ homes. They proceeded to tie up and then assault the residents with firearms, demanding cash. The suspects used one of the victims’ vehicles, a white Ford Fiesta, to load the household items. Two shots were fired and Mondeor SAPS is investigating two cases of house robberies. No arrests have been made.
