Alberton High raises R6k for CHOC foundation

CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation received R6 000 from Alberton High School, which hosted its Flip-flop Day on February 18.

Learners and staff of Alberton High School recently raised R6 000 to support CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation.

On the day, they bought their stickers at R10 each and wore flip-flops to help support the fight against childhood cancer.

CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation provides comprehensive countrywide support for children with cancer and other life-threatening blood disorders and their families.
