Life Brackenview wins health facility of the year award
Life Brackenview was astounded to win the award for mental health facility of the year since the facility is only four years old.
The criteria to win this award are rated on the facility that delivers the best overall performance according to metrics, which include the facility’s financial performance against budget, PPD growth and occupancy rates.
The Life Achiever Awards is now in its eighth year and supports the Life culture of appreciation and recognition. The awards are held annually.
The primary objective of the awards is to recognise hospitals, teams and individuals within the southern African operations of Life Healthcare for their outstanding performance, determined against set criteria and aligned to the business goals.
Hospitals, teams and individuals are chosen by Life Healthcare‘s senior management according to their performance for the past financial year.
Other significant quality criteria taken into consideration include the efficiency of the nursing teams, pharmacy conversion measures, and overall patient experience scores.
