Comedy Fiesta promises a great line-up of comedians
Enjoy a night of side-splitting comedy as renowned comedians take to the stage at Emperors Palace.
Showtime Promotions will be hosting the Comedy Fiesta on May 4 at 20:00 at the Theatre of Marcellus, Emperors Palace.
The event will feature Muthu Murugan, Koobeshen Naidoo, Henry Ramkissoon, Logie Naidoo and Pravesh Mungaldave.
Sharp-tongued and witty comedian Muthu, commonly known as the ‘Indian King of Comedy’, will add some Durban spice to the festivities.
Koobeshen, an actor and comedian from the famed DingaLings, and the head of the music, art, and drama department at Ridge Park College, is guaranteed to impress the audience.
Henry, a popular comedian and entertainer, has played numerous well-known characters who have captivated audiences for over two decades.
He is most widely recognised for his outrageous, no-holds-barred humour in the DingaLings comedy shows.
Following his retirement as Durban’s deputy mayor in 2016, Logie is now again the city’s face and man of the moment, performing stand-up comedy, posting hilarious videos on social media, and appearing in sitcom and films.
The entertaining Pravesh is known for leaving his audiences in laughter and has shared the stage with some of South Africa’s legendary comics. He will keep you on the edge of your seat, laughing.
Tickets are available for R150, R200, R250 and R280 and can be bought online at Ticketpro or SPAR outlets.
The show is only open to those over the age of 13.
