Worker’s Day aerobics event was one of health and unity

More than a workout: Community comes together at Southdale Shopping Centre for fitness event.

Move with Mike hosted a Worker’s Day aerobics event held at Accelerate Fitness Gym in Southdale Shopping Centre on May 1.

The event was hailed a massive success, with community members turning out in large numbers to celebrate health, fitness, and unity.

Those who attended showed a great commitment to their personal health and fitness while also showing up for the community.

The event brought together Region F aerobics teams and vibrant groups from Soweto for a shared goal of promoting wellness and community spirit.

The atmosphere was filled with energy, excitement, and positivity as participants took part in a fun and engaging aerobics session.

Mike Dywili said the event was more than just a workout, describing it as a powerful moment of connection and celebration of movement.
