Hereby give notice in terms of Section 10 of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2019, that I have applied to the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (Springs Care Customer Centre) for the amendment of the City of Ekurhuleni Land Use Scheme, 2021, by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 3 HIGH STREET from “Residential 1” to Residential 3, subject to certain conditions”
Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Manager: Town Planning, SPRINGS Sub Section of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, 4th Floor, F- Block, Cnr Plantation Road and South Main Reef Road, Springs, 1559, for a period of 28 days from 26 JUNE 2026.
