Security Company Builds Personal Relationships with Clients

Hercules Alarms specialises in installing alarm systems, monitoring and armed reaction which includes patrols and escorts for their clients.

As a local family business with operations in the South, the organisation believes its clients are a top priority hence the reason it has managed to create personal relationships with most clients over the years.

Hercules was started in 1986 when the owner, Hennie de Booij and family, emigrated from the Netherlands and they have been operating in the South for the past 32 years.

The owner gave up his bicycle and motorcycle dealership to join the security industry as he was keen to promote a safe environment for people leaving in the South.

Over the years Hercules Alarms has contributed to curbing criminal activities in the South through different safety services they offer, including monitoring and quick responses to attacks on clients, their houses or businesses.

“We patrol the South 24/7 and only focus on the South because we believe it’s important to rather focus on one area and be best at it than becoming too big and loose to the extent of losing the personal relationship and quick response strategies we have managed in Johannesburg South,” said de Booij.

Hercules Alarms is registered under Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and also a member of the South African Intruder Detection Services Association (SAIDSA).
