GOLD Reef City is going all out this festive season to bring you family entertainment.

The Lyric Theatre will be fired up with Seussical when the colourful world of Dr Seuss will be taking over the theatre.

People will get a chance to see their beloved Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, the Grinch and the Who’s, characters in the musical.

Now, you have the chance to meet Jojo, a kid with an unstoppable imagination, who brings together all your favourite characters from the acclaimed family author, Dr Seuss, in a big musical adventure.

They will be running on weekends from December 20 until January 12.

Gold Reef Marketing manager Feron Somiah said this feel-good musical bonanza dares guests to think big, and reminds them of the power of loyalty, family and acceptance.

“This show is truly holiday fun for the kid in all of us, celebrating the everyday magic that lies around us. Gold Reef is thrilled to welcome this one-of-a-kind production to the Lyric Theatre’s stage,” said Somiah.

The tickets cost R100 and stage time of the show is an hour.

Seussical is suitable for the whole family from ages four and up.
