Bull Sunset Run
Enjoy the cool breeze of the evening air while challenging and maintaining your fitness in the sunset run, with a delicious meal to enjoy afterwards.

Time: Staggered starts between 17:00 and 18:30
Place: Bull Ring Grill and Bar Restaurant
Cost: 2km (R55), 5km (R85), 10km (R105). R40 for under 13 and over 60 runners no matter the distance. On the day entry fee increases by R25

Ladies Open Protea Bowl
Entrants are required to pay a R400 fee to take part in the better ball format tournament where the fees cover green fees, competition fee and two clubs. If you just want to spectate, head down to the greens of Kyalami Country Club.

QuanWessels Affiliation in-house Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Competition
QuanWessels affiliates will be gathering and celebrating their final competition for the year, with the last time to rack up the rankings in the 2022 season championship. Competitors are looking to add to their points in their rankings to get to the top of the standings for the year.

Training Showjumping Show
For those who would be interested in participating on the day, Fourways Equestrian Club (FEC) members can pay R160 and non-FEC members R170. However, attendees can enjoy a training show jumping show on a relaxed Sunday morning.
