According to Grade 10 pupils, Daniela Calvani and Sarah Rodda , the atmosphere on the bus trip to the camp was exhilarating since it was also the last day of the June exams.
On arrival the pupils were warmly welcomed by their instructors and split into groups. The activities, which included abseiling, night walks, stalk the lantern and stargazing kept the pupils busy all day.
However, they also had free time to play soccer, volleyball and do some swimming despite the icy temperature of the camp’s swimming pool.
The Grade 10 pupils agreed unanimously that not only were the activities fun, but the group also came back feeling like they were closer than ever.
