WATCH: West Street, Sandton turns into a long slippery slide

Slide Jozi added to the festivities of the EcoMobility Festival and brought a first-of-its kind family fun day to Sandton which catered for both adults and youngsters.

The slide started at the top of West Street, headed towards Rivonia Road and came to an end in a pool of water.

“We wanted to create something unique, something where adults could act like kids again and where kids could spend time with their parents,” said the organiser and marketing director of Spiced Productions, Danny Figueiredo. “This event was a full day out for the whole family.”
