Talavera Estate has seen its fair share of water pipe bursts and another took place just yesterday, 31 October.
Joburg Water is the process of acquiring the necessary materials to attend to the damage. They have also placed various water tanks in the area for residents to make use of.
In May this year, a water pipe explosion saw a family lose their home and homeowners expressed their fury for the on-going inconvenience of being left without water.
