This morning, the Fourways Review published the story titled, Two women, two children killed after police car ploughs into pedestrians, which stated that the incident took place on 14 June. In fact, the incident took place on 14 June last year, as reported in the story Four pedestrians dead after a police vehicle ploughs into them. The identical version of this story was erroneously re-published this morning.
