Ark rescue dogs up for adoption

The centre is a rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing shelter based in Fourways.

They are the only shelter in South Africa that specifically caters for pregnant dogs and their puppies.

The organisation takes in dogs from all over Gauteng and homes puppies nationwide.

One of the rescue dogs up for adoption is Gadget, who recently gave birth to seven healthy puppies (‘Gadgets’ seven little angels’, Fourways Review, week ending 19 October). Gadget’s puppies are also up for adoption, and can be adopted separately.

Frisky, a two-year-old male toy Pom collie mix, who was found running in the a road during a storm, is also up for adoption.
