Night of acrobatics in Craigavon

SircuSynergy was founded in 2008 with the view to pursue a pure and unique synergy between circus, dance and theatre.

The performance featured the best in aerial acrobatics, pole work and dance, coupled with live music and incredible lighting and props. Audience members held their breaths while performers achieved amazing feats of the human body.

Diane Teles of Crossfit 360Vida explained that SircuSynergy was helping to fill in the gaps in the crossfit programme.

“Crossfit is a strength and conditioning training method that uses constantly varied functional movement,” Teles said.

“In Crossfit we work with weights and gymnastics to build an all round athlete.”
