Lights out warning for Dainfern
DAINFERN - Eskom will conduct planned electricity maintenance on the Eskom distribution network in Dainfern on Wednesday 8 October.
The Dainfern distribution network includes households and businesses along Broadacres and William Nicol drives. Electricity will be interrupted from 7.30am to 4pm.
According to Eskom the interruption is necessary to perform essential maintenance on distribution power lines. In the interest of safety, all electrical appliances must be treated as live at all times during the supply maintenance period.
Eskom wishes to thank customers in anticipation of their co-operation and apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused during the outage. The entity also urged customers to remember that unforeseen circumstances are beyond their control and the planned maintenance may not proceed as communicated or may take longer than anticipated.
