Fourways traffic affected by taxi crash at Witkoppen Road and Montecasino Boulevard intersection

There was a collision involving a taxi and light motor vehicle at the intersection of Witkoppen Road and Montecasino Boulevard this evening, 22 March.

Motorists were advised to use alternative routes as there was slow moving traffic in the vicinity of the crash.

ER24 Emergency Medical Services are at the scene assessing the situation. The Johannesburg Metro Police Department has been alerted.

The cause of the collision is unknown at this time, however, this story will be updated once more information becomes available.
