Crawford International Lonehill principals look forward to 2021

The principals in different phases at Crawford International Lonehill said the school has embraced the challenges brought by the outbreak of coronavirus in the 2020 academic year.
In a joint statement issued by the school, Caroline Miller, the pre-primary principal; Gordon Ewen, preparatory principal and Reinhard de Klerk, Crawford International Lonehill College principal, said despite challenges as a result of the pandemic, 2020 was a year of many lessons.
“The year 2020 has been a year of so many lessons learnt, and one whereby the teachers, parents and learners have embraced the transition to online learning, followed by our hybrid learning model. Another highlight of the year was the accreditation of our preparatory school, on becoming an International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme World school.”
“We are exceptionally proud of this achievement. It is so encouraging to see how many of our students have grown, from our Grade 0000s through to matric, as they navigated a new educational journey during this challenging year and accepted a new normal. We are excited about new learning opportunities in a technological space that we will be implementing as we move into 2021,” the statement read.
The principals wished learners, school employees and parents a happy festive season as the year 2020 approaches the end.
