Jukskei Park community receive safety tips

JUKSKEI PARK – Over 200 pamphlets were distributed to community members thanks to the efforts of Douglasdale police, CPF and the Neighbourhood Watch.


Douglasdale police, Community Policing Forum and Neighbourhood Watch held a crime awareness campaign in Robyn Park on October 16.

More than 200 pamphlets listing crime safety tips were distributed to the community. The aim of the campaign was to address common, house and armed robberies, drug and alcohol abuse, housebreakings, sexual offences, domestic violence, and children’s rights. The police thanked the community for attending the campaign and all involved in the event.
