Vogue Nights and Johnnie Walker celebrate collaboration in support of LGBTQI+ community
Langhams Conference Centre in Fourways brought together many members of the LGBTQI+ community to celebration the ongoing collaboration of two brands.
Members of the LGBTQI+ community came together as Johnnie Walker hosted its annual pride event to bring Pride Month to a close at the VNJxJohnnieWalker Brunch.
Gathered at the striking Langhams Conference Centre in Fourways, the event was hosted in celebration of the whisky brand’s partnership with VNJ (Vogue Nights Jozi) Ball over the past two years.
The event saw many well-known Johannesburg personalities in attendance including internationally acclaimed designer Thembe Magugu, and attendees also got to enjoy various cocktails from the whisky brand and delectable foods.
Johnnie Walker SA brand manager Sandisilwe Gamede said, “By putting diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything the Johnnie Walker brand does, we are moving one step closer to breaking any and all existing stereotypes, this partnership is another bold step in the right direction for the brand.”
The Fourways Review journalist Khomotso Makgabutlane attended the celebration and captured some of the moments at the brunch event.
