Mpumelelo received gold medals in the boys u/12 100m and 150m sprints, while Kyle received gold medals in the boys u/13 100m and 200m sprints. They also qualified to represent the district at the provincial primary school championships, which was held at Ruimsig Stadium on February 26 and 27.

NIGEL – Nigel Secondary School Grade 4 learner Ntokozo Nkosi participated in the 2015 Indo Music and Art – School Art Competition in the intermediate phase. Nigel Secondary School was among nine participating schools with hundreds of learners showcasing their artistic skill. Ntokozo was awarded fifth place overall and received a certificate for his achievement on February 15.
