Heidelberg SAPS Detective Sergeant Musa Sydwell Maluleke recently secured three convictions.
The first two cases were on the court roll at Heidelberg Regional Court on October 18.
Maluleke worked tirelessly on a case involving hijacking, kidnapping, and rape.
The first accused was found guilty and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment, while the second accused was sentenced to seven years imprisonment.
Both suspects were also declared unfit to possess firearms.
In the third case, on November 26, the accused was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment for murder and declared unfit to possess a firearm.
Detective commander Lieutenant Colonel Mbali Hlongwane congratulated and applauded Maluleke on his dedication and work to ensure that law and order is maintained.
