Man shot dead at Heidelberg Taxi Rank in broad daylight
Authorities are investigating the incident, but the suspects remain at large and the motive is still unclear.
A man shot at the Heidelberg Taxi Rank on Ueckermann Street at about 14:00 died at the scene on June 29.
According to eyewitnesses, there were several gunshots fired.
Authorities and other stakeholders, including the Heidelberg SAPS, AfriForum Heidelberg and emergency services, were quick to the scene.
The local police have opened an investigation, but the motive remains unknown.
The suspects fled the scene and remain at large.
