Ratanda bodybuilder shows muscle

Vusi Twala (30), a bodybuilder from Ratanda Ext 23, recently competed in the International Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (IBFF) show held at Gold Reef City on September 16.

Twala competed against 16 bodybuilders in the bodybuilding classic physique 75kg category.

Twala finished fourth.

“It was an amazing feeling to compete and place fourth,” Twala said.

“It was something I was looking forward to, and since it was my first bodybuilding competition, it was also a confirmation that I can do better with more preparation.”

Twala’s coach, Jabu Sigasa, an accomplished bodybuilder, was also pleased with the results.

“My message to the community is, if not now, when?” Twala said.

“Because procrastination is the thief of time.”
