Two in a row for Cambridge

Cambridge started the year close to the bottom of the log but has now advanced to third place.

Cambridge made it two wins in a row with a recent 1-0 win at home.

Cambridge Football Club played against Tsakane Saint German (TSG) on February 25 at Mackenzieville Stadium in Alra Park.

Because of the transfer window period, Cambridge had new faces join the club and used the opportunity to see what they could do on the soccer pitch.

The first half was very competitive, and both teams were high on defence.

Cambridge’s Ignatius Nyathi scored the only goal in the 44th minute.

Cambridge took a 1-0 lead and never gave up the lead right through the match.
