Heidelberg Athletics Club shines at Kosmos 3 in 1 Race

The Kosmos 3 in 1 Race is a prestigious event that attracts top athletes from across the country.
Coach Ndumiso Mayongo led the charge, claiming his second consecutive 73km title at the event. This achievement showcases his endurance and determination.
Six Red Army runners completed various distances, marking their first time participating in the event. The runners tackled challenging distances of 73.3km (42.2km + 21.1km + 10km), 52.2km (42.2km + 10km), 31.2km (21.1km + 10km), and 10km, respectively.
The Red Army’s performance demonstrates their team’s spirit, discipline, commitment and consistency towards their health and fitness.
