The initiative saw staff taking part in a range of physical activities, including exercises focused on ergonomics and correct lifting techniques, as well as jumping jacks and squats.

The activities aimed to demonstrate that incorporating simple physical exercises into daily routines can contribute to better overall health and fitness.

The challenge also highlighted the importance of maintaining proper posture and using correct lifting techniques, particularly in a healthcare environment where staff members may regularly assist with moving patients and equipment.
