Archbishop praised for good leadership

Members of the St. Patric Apostolic Church of Christ from across the country converged to the church's headquarters in Tembisa to thank and congratulate Archbishop Peter Ntsoane for his good leadership.

Members came from as far afield as Aliwal North and Bloemnfontein.

Archbishop Ntsoane said he is relieved God and his ancestors helped him through the difficult times he went through last year.

“I went through a lot in my life last year, and I thank my ancestors and the Lord for guiding me during those difficult times,” he said.

Archbishop Ntsone is also the overseer of the church. He appealed to members to unite and work hard together to keep the church intact.

“It is vital that, as a church, we work hard to ensure we are united. We must also pray for peace in this country, and for a peaceful election next year,” he said.

Apart from having branches in other provinces, the church has more than 50 branches in Gauteng alone. The church will meet on January 5, 2014, at its headquarters in Tembisa.
