The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (EMM) said Ndlala Mass Valuations Services has been appointed to undertake the supplementary valuations of the current valuation roll of 2013-2017.

These supplementary valuations will include new townships, newly completed buildings, subdivisions and consolidations.

The municipality is appealing to residents to cooperate with the company representatives by granting them access to their properties.

For security reasons, residents are advised to always request identification before granting them access into their property. As a form of identification, they will carry identity cards with the Ekurhuleni logo. The card will also reflect the telephone numbers that can be called for confirmation. Workers will also be wearing Ekurhuleni-branded T-Shirts.

The company’s operating hours will be from 8am to 5pm on weekdays, starting from February 25.
