Another round of water interruptions as from tomorrow

Water in all the affected areas will be off from 9am until 5pm

VARIOUS suburbs will experience planned water interruptions, starting on Thursday.

The interruptions are due to pressure testing and discreetness tests to be conducted on the networks in the areas. Water in all the affected areas will be off from 9am until 5pm.

The first interruption is on September 4 in Birchleigh North. Water tankers will be stationed at the corner of Ivan and Malvina streets and at Emberen and Rona streets.

Birchleigh follows on Monday, September 8. Water tankers will be stationed at the corners of Tambotie and Olienhout avenues and at Houtkapper and Olienhout avenues.

Van Riebeeck Park and Terenure AH will follow on Tuesday, September 9. Water tankers will be at the corner of De Wiekus and Blackthorne streets and at Rustig and Rienert streets.

On Wednesday, September 10, water in Birch Acres will be off. Water tankers will be on Sneeubel Street near Birch Acres Primary School, Birch Acres Mall and at the corner of Kromberg and Kapokvoël streets.

Van Riebeeck Park will have a second interruption on Thursday, September 11. Water tankers will be stationed at the corner of De Wiekus and Christoffel streets and at Georgina Place and Avocet Place.
