Snap Tembisa and Win #TembisanMyTembisa
The Tembisan received the first entries for its #TembisanMyTembisa photo competition from aspiring young photographer, Sibusiso Mazibuko.
Sibusiso is from Emkhathini Section and is a pupil at Tembisa High School.
“I am a young photographer who is passionate about my hobby. I take photography seriously,” Sibusiso told The Tembisan.
We invite other young aspiring photographers to take part in our photo competition.
#TembisanMyTembisa is a photo competition by The Tembisan to promote the art of photography.
Send us your photos of Tembisa and stand a chance to win.
Any photos of how you see Tembisa are welcome; from corner-to-corner, bumper-to-bumper, Pantsula laga gogo dancing his heart at a party or your sister selling fruit da eLifateng – anything you believe represents Tembisa.

There are no categories in the competition and photographers can enter any photo they think represents Tembisa.
The competition is open to all residents of Tembisa and the competition deadline is October 24.
Entrants’ photos will be posted on our Facebook page. The winner will be determined by public vote.
