Zwane (11) appeals for coaching assistance

One of the youngest coaches in Tembisa, Siyabonga Zwane, is hoping to become the best coach for Tembisans in the future.

11-year-old Zwane told The Tembisan that he needs extra help from professional coaches to improve his standard of coaching.

His love for football began when he was only seven years old.

“I love football and I want to go far with it. My coaching started in Ivory Park, Extension 15, when I was coaching Burning Spears FC two years ago. I have learnt a lot from my brothers and other local coaches,” he added.

Zwane, who is presently coaching the Teanong-based team called Mushamolo FC, said he was inspired by the former Orlando Pirates player, Thulani Sereto.

“I then started playing football on the street. I fell more in love with coaching. Soccer is an extremely rewarding and fun experience for anyone who has had any involvement in soccer,” he added.

Zwane said he simply wants to help out local teams to play fast-paced games and to develop the best soccer players.
