This Saturday the renowned Rock Raceway will come alive with high octane power as all your favourite car racing drivers will hotfoot around the 400m circuit in various disciplines.

Drivers Dewald Kotze and Peter de Wet from Kempton Park, who both race in the Outlaw V8 Sprint class, will also be racing.

Friends, family and fans can enjoy a wide range of racing clubs and drivers competing against each, including plenty of V8 action from the Outlaw V8 Sprints and Lexus V8s as they race for the ultimate prize, first place.

“Fans will be in for another treat as hotrods and flame spitting Super Midgets will be screaming around the circuit. A host of Oval Saloons Classes will also be racing, including the 1600 Stock Rods, 1660 Modified Saloons, Retro Rods, Pinto Classes and Super Saloons. Open wheelers will include the Ninja Kids In Racing SA ages 3-12, 100cc Micro Midgets, 125 Karts and Formula 2 Midgets,” Abie Sada of Rock Raceway Marketing said.
