In its continuous efforts to provide a stable and reliable water supply network to consumers, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (EMM) will be connecting a new water pipe to Winnie Mandela from a bulk water network in Tembisa.
In order to make way for the work, there will be a planned water supply interruption that will affect Tembisa and the surrounding areas on Wednesday, June 10, from 8pm until 5am the following morning.
All zones in Winnie Mandela will be affected, except for Zone 10 and 12.
Residents are encouraged to store water for domestic use.
The EMM apologised for any inconvenience caused.
