THE young couple who was involved in a fatal Benoni car crash in the early hours of Sunday morning will be laid to rest on Friday.

Jacques Day (24) and his fiancé, Jacqueline Roos (21), were tragically killed in an accident that caused their vehicle to explode.

A joint funeral service will be held at the NG Gemeente Bonaero Park at 11am. They will then move to Bredell Cemetery where Day will be buried on top of his brother Jaco. Thereafter, the procession will proceed to Zuurfontein Cemetery where Roos will be put to rest.

The procession will then move back to the church where refreshments will be served. The public is also welcome to attend.
