
A 61-year-old woman, who has been identified as Rose Gaynor Krause, was found dead in her bedroom at her house on Koba Street, Norkem Park on Friday morning at around 10.30am.
According to acting Norkem Park Saps spokesman, W/O Mahlodi Langa, the cause of death is still unkown, but weapons were found at the crime scene.

“There was blood inside her mouth and nose but no visible injuries. The woman was found with a hammer and revolver on the ground beside her body, and a pistol lay on top of her,” he explained.
Langa said there was blood on the bed but no sign of forced entry into the house and nothing was stolen.
The house, he said, was found filled with water and police were guarding the premises 24/7 while forensic investigations continued.
A case of murder is being investigated.
