MES Kempton Park want to thank the schools and parents for their participation in the baby and toddler competition.
There is only one week left for those that still want to enter. The closing date for entries is August 20.
The Kids Festival is now around the corner and the excitement is building up, so remember to diarise the date, August 29.
The entry fee for the competition is R35 per child.
There are 6 categories:
• Ages 0 – 12 months (Girls and Boys)
• Ages 12 – 36 months (Girls and Boys)
• Ages 3 – 6 years (Girls and Boys)
Prizes for each category winner:
• 1 Hour family photo shoot at RW Photography with CD of all photos taken (80-100 photos).
• R300 cash prize
• Five A4 size prints of favourite photo’s
The photographer, Rienie Wiesner, will be taking pictures at schools or alternatively an appointment can be made directly with Rienie. Each child will receive an A5 print with three of the best photos on the print. The winners of each category will be announced at 11am at the Kempton Park Kids Festival at Maranatha Community Church in Glen Marais.
The Kids Festival promises to be a fun-filled day with entertainment for the whole family. There will be various rides for the children, good food to enjoy, and flea market stalls to wander around. The festival offers families the opportunity to get out their homes after the cold winter and to celebrate the arrival of spring.
