Kempton Park SAPS celebrates Heritage Day

MEMBERS of the Kempton SAPS went all out when they donned their beautiful, colourful and diverse cultural outfits for Heritage Day last week.

The police officials gathered at Kempton Park Football Club to celebrate Heritage Day in style, wearing their traditional attire.

“It was a superb occasion indeed and the members also cooked their favourite traditional food as a reminder of South Africa’s unique cultures,” spokesperson Capt Jethro Mtshali, said.

The event was also graced by Setswana cultural group, Tshepo Cultural Group, from Roodepoort, who gave a spectacular performance that left everyone dancing to the music.

“We would like to thank everyone who made the occasion a success,” added Mtshali.
