A 35-year-old Kempton Park model agency boss pleaded not guilty to 38 charges, which include rape and possession of child pornography, in the High Court sitting in Palm Ridge on Monday.
Dawie de Villiers, of Model South Africa, allegedly committed most of the crimes in Kempton Park between 2011 and 2013.
The case has been remanded until Wednesday.
Other charges he will face include, fraud, sexual assault and intimidation.
De Villiers is alleged to have exposed two children to pornography between 2011 and 2013. On the charges of rape and sexual assault, De Villiers allegedly sexually assaulted a female, then aged 14, in Rustenburg in 2011. In the same year, he allegedly raped a female, then aged 15, in Kempton Park.
The 11 fraud and theft charges involve thousands of Rands he allegedly took from people but did not deliver on his promises.
The trial resumes on Wednesday.
