Kempton court employees celebrate Heritage Day
The colleagues cheered each other on as their peers displayed their cultural practices in the form of song and dance
JUDGES, magistrates, lawyers, advocates and legal secretaries took a short break from legal matters on Tuesday last week (September 29) to celebrate their cultures.
The staff members at Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court joined the rest of the country in donning their unique traditional outfits for Heritage Month.
The colleagues cheered each other on as their peers went on stage to display their cultural practices in the form of song and dance.
From the Pedi to Zulu and Afrikaans groups, everyone had a wonderful time learning about each other’s cultural practices.
The staff members then indulged in the wide range of South African cuisine that was prepared for the event.
