Five suspects were arrested on October 19 for a business burglary in Tsenelong Section.
During the early hours of October 19, the five suspects broke into a shop.
“They packed the goods into bags. While still in the shop, the police were informed about the burglary and the police immediately rushed to the shop where they found the goods already packed into bags.
“Police officers started to look for the suspects inside the shop. They found two suspects hiding between wardrobes,” said Captain Manyadza Ralidzhivha.
“The shop was searched and another three suspects were found hiding in the ceiling,” he said.
All the suspects were arrested and detained at the Tembisa Police Station.
The burglars, aged 32 to 49 years old, appeared in the Tembisa Magistrate’s Court on charges of business burglary.
