Man attempts suicide by throwing himself in front of moving cars

EKURHULENI Emergency Services confirmed a man tried to take his own life by throwing himself in front of moving cars.

According to spokesperson William Ntladi the man was found on Atlas Road on Friday morning (October 23) near Clear Water Estates.

“He was trying to commit suicide by throwing himself in the middle of the road, with the intention of being knocked down by passing vehicles,” Ntladi confirmed.

“He was transported to Tambo Memorial Hospital by ambulance after sustaining minor injuries.”
