EKURHULENI Municipality has discontinued Doc View permanently.
The digital platform was introduced to give residents another online option to pay municipal accounts.
According to Themba Gadebe, metro spokesman, the e-Siyakhokha platform is the only system to be used for all online account related activities.
“e-Siyakhokha offers more functionality and we are continuously enhancing the platform to enable more functionality,” he said.
