Hoërskool Birchleigh’s top four matrics

THE 280 matrics who wrote their final exams at Hoërskool Birchleigh in 2015 obtained a 90 per cent pass rate.

They also achieved 63 distinctions overall, with university exemptions of 45 per cent.

The two students who were the top performers with five distinctions each were Andrew Grobler (English, mathematics, life orientation, business studies and physical science) and Makaziwe Mtshali (English, Afrikaans, life orientation, accounting and business studies).
