Tickets for the day are selling at R250 per couple or R125 per person

MES Kempton Park will host a high tea fundraiser on Valentine’s Day, February 14, at the Protea Hotel, OR Tambo in Rhodesfield from 11am to 1pm.

The guest speaker for the day will be South African actress Mandi Baard, who is known for her role in Egoli, Binnelanders, 7de Laan and as presenter on kykNET’s Kwela. She is also a lover of life, a wife, a mother and a dedicated Christian.

The money raised will go towards the projects that have made a significant impact in the Kempton community in the past year.

“We at MES want to be part of the solution and bring about a positive change in our city,” says Lilly Franks, manager of MES Kempton.

Guests will further be entertained by the music of Deon Meiring, the lead singer, guitar player and song writer of the South African Rock Band, Glaskas.

Tickets for the day are selling at R250 a couple or R125 a person.
